Domclick

Domclick

"Domklick" is a platform designed to facilitate the buying and selling of real estate. My team and I developed the interface for internal employees who service clients. In this case study, I'll share how I initiated a B2G project that began a new form of interaction between the bank and the Russian real estate service center.

"Domklick" is a dynamic real estate platform streamlining the buying, renting, and selling of homes, apartments, offices, and plots.
It facilitates user ad placements and offers comprehensive services through collaboration with agencies and realtors.

Problem

Problem

For interactions with the Russian real estate center, our internal employees used an interface created by our team. However, document management and all issues were handled through managers via email or phone, which did not allow for control over

the work process and, moreover, violated the process of transferring and storing personal data.

Step 4: Final Design

Step 4: Final Design

Within a month, the full platform design was released in line with

the branding.

Step 1: Research

Step 1: Research

While working on the personal account project for Rosreestr's staff,

I did detailed research to make sure the final product would suit their needs. First, I looked at government websites, including Rosreestr's,

to understand their style and content. Then, I checked other similar websites for design ideas.I also did user research to learn what Rosreestr's staff needs, so I could make the personal account work well for them.

Step 2: Prototyping

Step 2: Prototyping

Since the project was part of Domklik, I used the existing brand design and system. This made the brand more recognizable and sped up development. Instead of starting with black and white prototypes,

I created a functional prototype in our brand colors. This helped spot problems early and ensured the product met our audience's needs.

Step 3: Illustration

Step 3: Illustration

A key part of this project was communicating with the illustrator to create a unique style. I wanted the interface to be easy to understand without onboarding because Rosreestr's staff serve many people. Together with the illustrator, we thought about the best associations with the interface, which we then turned into illustrations.

Before leaving the company, we launched the MVP and conducted initial research, setting the stage for future features. The product has significantly benefited the company: employee productivity increased by 20%, organizational efficiency by 15%, task completion time was cut by 30%, and we reached a 95% customer satisfaction rating. These results highlight the project's success.
